I authorize Pabbly Support to log in to my account and make changes to the specified workflow for troubleshooting.

I want to catch any emails coming in my gmail.
Its not working.

I used same gmail connection in another workflow but not as trigger but as one of the end results like sending email.

But in another workflow i am trying to trigger when new email comes. not working.

And if you want to use gmail in multiple workflow try using Email Parser. Please refer this video:

Please create a new workflow and set up Email Parser as your trigger step by following the steps shown in the video shared below. This will allow you to capture new emails in your trigger step.

Hi yakinshah, was your workflow successful ? I have been trying to do the same..i see the email parser often fails..i.e the @pcmailhook.com email doesnt receive the gmails inbox emails..i have gmail forwarding enabled for all incoming emails to @pcmailhook.com
