New webook created for each automation / workflow - Zoho Mail limits outgoing web hooks to 3!

Hello, am I missing something?

I am creating several workflows that integrate with Zoho Mail where Zoho Mail new email is the trigger event.
I cannot consolidate these workflows into one workflow.

Each time (for each new workflow) Pabbly gives me a new web hook URL. In Zoho mail I can only add 3! different outgoing web hooks. That means that I am limited to creating only 3 functional Pabbly workflows that integrate with Zoho Mail.

That can't be it, right?

Am I missing something here?

How to use the same web hook for an app and not new ones every single time?

If this can not be remedied it will render Pabbly connect useless for a large portion of my intended purposes.

Kindly advise. I need to set up the workflows functionally asap.

You will need to contact Zoho Support for this use case. You will need to ask them if increasing the webhook limit in Zoho Mail can be possible.

Further, please note that each workflow will provide you with a unique webhook, regardless of the application that you are using. If you want to use only one webhook and have different use cases for different type of emails, but from the same account, you can use the router module.

I have already contacted Zoho and thank you I am aware of the Router module but to be straightforward with this - this is not a good solution in my case and comparable cases.

No one wants to mash all their workflows together into one mega workflow. It's highly impractical for a number of different reasons. Understandably it would be great if Zoho could provide more web hook integration configurations which they are looking into but in my opinion PABBLY has something they can clearly improve here and a new feature to add:

Allow the user to use one single web hook for the same application across the board of all workflows they employ for that application. The use case is obvious from my example and I believe Zoho will not be the only App / Service that currently has limitations regarding the number of outgoing web hook configurations. This is useful and practical.

Can Pabbly address this and add value?

Using a router and creating Mega Flows is the opposite of smart for any business owner. It's a bad idea. There will be services that will have limits with the number of web hooks. Can Pabbly as a SAAS improve value for its paying users and accommodate?

Personally I just bought a yearly subscription but if this becomes a roadblock I would have to refund for a few reasons associated with this. I believe this is a real concern and I appreciate Pabbly Connect, as well as the quick replies in the forum. - At the same time some things just are better improved.

Currently, each workflow in Pabbly Connect is designed to generate a unique webhook to ensure precise and reliable data flow. Unfortunately, there is no workaround for using the same webhook across different workflows, as this would conflict with how Pabbly organizes and processes automation.

1. Number 1: Aiming to create multiple distinct workflows that need to integrate with the same App (here Zoho Mail). Why not use a router - highly impractical of the number of steps I need to have in each workflow. It would make things so hard to oversee that it would not be a viable solution. Plus if errors occur - it's just a terrible idea to have one giant mega workflow instead of many individual ones that accomplish different tasks. Also quite sure that it is actually impossible to put all different workflows together in one. They have very different goals and do not match.

2. Evidently from the previous messages sent because of number of web hook limitations (here experienced with Zoho Mail). If I can only use a new web hook with each workflow then at max 3 web hooks I cannot connect more than 3 individual workflows with Zoho Mail inside of them. I can't even start them when Zoho Mail is the trigger event. - Which means, no matter how great Pabbly connect is - if any app like here has a hard limit on the amount of webhooks possible It's useless beyond the amount of the limit.

Because I need to build these infrastructures in Pabbly (or another service) now this makes or breaks the usability of Pabbly Connect for me. - Not sure about other apps other than Zoho Mail but this issue will probably arise wit other apps as well. - And it would be reassuring of the quality of the service Pabbly provides if they could work a solution on their side.

Understand everything you've said. IMO this is something that would better be addressed. I want to use Pabbly but of this doesn't work - I cannot.

For me personally it's: I need to set up automations right now. So if Zoho doesn't provide a fix and Pabbly doesn't either I need to choose a service that works. Because right now I cannot even register a response for to map data from to next steps in workflows in this case. - And I need to build flows for my business.
