Also, your location is fake and your time zone is not correct

please update your invoice to show your actual location and your actual time zone which is necessary for international business transactions.

where on your website is information about the product we pay for and what we get for the price..?

At the moment, all payments for Pabbly services are processed in either USD or INR—there is no option to change the billing currency to AUD.

Regarding the invoice, it reflects our registered office address and the timezone based on our current operational location.

It seems you are referring to the PSB - Tier-2 (Yearly) plan. This plan includes the capacity to add up to 100 customers and provides access to all features of Pabbly Subscription Billing.

The plan you're referring to has been discontinued, which is why there’s no current information or product description available on our website or any other live page—it now only reflects the plans that are actively offered.

However, since your subscription is recurring, you’re still able to continue renewing it without any issues.

Could you please clarify what you mean by “revise me to the Lifetime Ultimate”? Are you referring to upgrading your account based on a previous payment?

Also, upon checking the invoice link you’ve shared, we found that it is associated with the email address [email protected]. However, we couldn't locate any purchase or account details under [email protected], which appears to be the email registered on the forum.

Kindly confirm the correct email address linked to your purchase so we can verify and assist you accordingly.
