If i create another account with a new email, can i transfer- or re-create my old Pabbly Connect flow?

Yes, you can share the workflow by clickin on 3-dots menu beside workflow name.

Then login to new account and paste that url in browser and it will ask if you want to import it or not.

Import it and then connect all the apps uses in the workflow.

BTH pabbly just cots 19$/mo, which is very affordable so I would say if possible try to support them by buying monthly plan.
