Not able to add country code

Hi,
So, in the above workflow i have connected our UAE fb ads accounts, in that workflow we have multiple filteration steps, one of them is phone number, you see, people don't usually put correct info in the forms they submit on Fb ads, for eg, i have attached the just 4 different type of number we recieve in a campaigns, as you can see, one had 0 at the start, next one don't have to country code (which is 971) 3rd one is correct, but 4th one is where we got+ sign.
We want to change the data to 3rd value, country code without + sign and the rest of the number

You can add a Number Formatter action step to your workflow and use the Spreadsheet Formula called RIGHT to extract the last nine digits of the number, removing the country code.
Refer to the attached image for more details. While adding this step, replace 11 with 9 to ensure you get the correct number format.

The formula will work for numbers that do not contain a country code, as it extracts the last nine digits of the number. However, if your number contains spaces, you can use the Replace Text action to remove them first. Once the spaces are removed, you can map the response from that step to the previously suggested step.
