Not able to add team members

I'm trying to add my team members to my Pabbly Connect and it's consistently showing that it can't find them. Not sure why? They have created Pabbly accounts and I'm going through the SOP to add them but it doesn't find them.

Please confirm whether your team has accessed their Pabbly Connect dashboard, which is required in order to add them as a team member. -
