Not able to capture data from active campaign

Dear team,

Just created a workflow for active campaign to another action but after connecting AC to Pabbly and clicked save and test request now it's not capturing the response i have tried many time

I need the solution asap

Can you please reconnect the trigger event once and then try again? You may also refer to the following video lessons' last part for the same.
