Not Able to correct the time error

In some of my workflow I am using schedule to run the workflow at at specific time. Let's suppose I have scheduled the same for p.m. but this workflow is running in wrong time. I know there is some mistake at my end. I don't know what time setting should be because I am not able to see the AM and PM option while choosing the time. Can you please help me with this?

Example:

want to run the workflow everyday at pm.

what I should do?
