I have created an action step : Retrieve a Product by Name or Slug
The connections are done properly
However I am not getting the correct response and getting an empty response instead
Why is this happening and how to fix this?

Hey @robinhoodpandey

Can you please check first in your account that do you have the product with that exact name? Since it seems like you do not have the product with that name in your particular WooCommerce account.
