Hello Team, I have successfully connected my Kajabi credentials in Pabbly Connect and my site name is appearing correctly, which confirms that the connection has been established properly. However, I am facing an issue with the Kajabi form submission trigger. I am unable to see or select the form name from which I want to capture submissions, and no form fields or submission data are being received in Pabbly. Even after submitting the form multiple times and using the “Save & Send Test Request” and “Re-Capture Webhook Response” options, the form data does not appear. The form is created under Marketing → Forms in Kajabi and is correctly placed on a landing page where submissions are happening successfully, but the data is not being fetched into Pabbly. Kindly help me understand why the form name and submission data are not coming through and advise if any additional configuration is required from my side. Please let me know if you need any further details or access to investigate this issue.

Could you please try adding a test webhook URL from webhook.site in Kajabi for the same form submission and check whether the form submission data is getting captured there?

If the data is received on webhook.site, please let us know. Additionally, we recommend trying to set up the same workflow using the Classic Builder and test if the form data gets captured there.

Based on the results, we’ll be able to guide you further.
