Not able to get WhatsApp Msg after completing the setup with ChatAPI

I have done the 3 step workflow setup with Zoom and ChatAPI to send the registration link to all registrations.

After completion, on Pabbly connect it is showing Sucess, but whats app msg is not received.

Can you confirm if the recipient phone number has been added with country code?
