Not getting contact id for create invoice for zoho book

Hello team,
can you please help me create invoice for Shopify order to Zoho book invoice from Pabbly platform, I am facing an issue when a new user creates on Shopify and take an order after Pabbly not giving contact id on find customer section,

Hey @vedikadidwania

To retrieve a contact's details through an action step, ensure that the contact is already present in your Zoho Books; only then will it be fetched in the action step's response.

Therefore, please create a dummy contact using the email address you are providing, or use an existing contact's email address from your Zoho Books. This will result in the contact ID being provided in the response accordingly.

You will need to add another step after the trigger for adding the new contact in Zoho Books. Kindly refer to this video for the instructions -


Further, you can just map the details from this step.

Let us know if you get stuck at any step.
 
Yes, I have 2nd step problem if I am not present on Zohobook then 2nd step does not provide the contact id so how do I manage if I do not get the contact ID then what do I do..?

The issue was due to using a different connection to search for the customer, which prevented the action step from retrieving the details. Please check now it should provide the correct contact ID.
