Novocall/TimeSync Integration Not Working

I don't authorize Pabbly Support to log in to my account.
Tried to use Novocall integration but it did not work.

Tested but the webhook was never captured by Pabbly. When I did a custom webhook form Novocall to Pabbly it worked smoothly.

Strange that the native integration doesn't work but the custom webhook worked.

Where can I report this integration error to be fixed?

Could you please try setting up the workflow using the Novocall (Native) app as the trigger in the Classic Builder and let us know if you encounter the same issue? Also, please share the workflow URL so we can review it in detail.

The native Novocall application works exactly the same way as Webhook by Pabbly. Both simply provide a webhook that needs to be connected to your Novocall account, and if Novocall sends data to the webhook, it will appear in the response. The native application only displays the instructions on how to connect your Novocall account.

I've followed the instructions and set up the webhook to both.

Native Novocall app - did not work, please investigate.
Custom Webhook - it works

Could you please share the screenshots of both the webhook URLs that you have added in the Novocall application? Also, please confirm whether the Novocall application supports multiple webhooks from one account or only a single webhook URL.

This will help us identify the issue more accurately and provide an appropriate solution.

Please update me on the native app because there are some functions only the native Nococall would work that the custom webhook is unable to achieve.
