Oauth error

Can anyone clarify the error below after clicking Save & Send Test Request? I thought I needed to reconnect my application, but I have done so many times with the same error. Thanks.

Please make a short screen recording establishing a new connection with your LeadConnector account in an Incognito Tab, and click on 'Save & Send Test Request'.
