Omnisend Custom Properties

Hallo,
I am evaluating migration from Zapier and I am stting up Omnisend subscriber creation.

I can not find how to insert costom properties which are custom fields in Omnisend Audience.
I also can not find Send Welcome Email checkbox to check true or false.

I don't want to send subrscriber welcome email for subscribers created with this Workflow.
