Once the Subscription Cancellation API is Triggered, How Can We Halt It?

If a user has initiated the cancellation of their subscription, but the cancellation will only take effect in the next month, and during this period, we offer them a coupon or a special deal to encourage them to continue using our product, the user may express a desire to halt the subscription cancellation process. In such a case, we need to provide a mechanism or API that allows the user to rescind or stop the subscription cancellation. This ensures that the user can take advantage of the offered coupon or deal and continue using our product without the subscription being canceled at the scheduled date. So is there any way or API available to stop it?

Hello @Ashwin_Baraskar ,

Currently, we do not have an API to cancel a scheduled subscription. However, you can manually achieve this by using the "Drop the Scheduled Cancellation" option provided in Pabbly Subscription Billing. This allows you to handle your use case where you can make the subscription active again if the customer decides to restart it after canceling it for the next renewal.
