Openphone issue with interface

I am using openphone in the workflow. Everything works, but there is only the option for the "Set inbox status" to "DONE". I want it to remain in "OPEN" but this option is not available. This is an oversight. Every inbox as both "OPEN" and "DONE". See attached.

Hello @NextHelp,

As per the API documentation, the only available option currently shown under the Status field is "DONE". You can refer to the attached image and the API documentation for more details on this.

However, as a workaround, you can try enabling the "Map" button next to the status field and manually enter "open" as the status. Once done, please let us know so we can verify and update you accordingly.
