I have posted multiple threads for this query please resolve this.

in last month i had 20k credits for which i paid as well. then i posted thread here. then you guys reset my account to 12k credit and added a pending invoice.

but i had i already paid, i had already credit so why is this happening to me?

please add the credits and resolve this issue asap.

bcoz i am facing this issue every time and every time i need to post here.

We have informed you earlier as well to keep only one active subscription instead of managing multiple subscription, else similar issue will be raised - https://forum.pabbly.com/threads/major-billing-issue.7627/post-37799

We recommend you to purchase bigger plans instead of managing multiple subscriptions, else you will face similar issues as faced by you earlier, and we won't be able reset tasks anymore in that case.

what about the credits that were present in my account? those are removed from the account?
