To help us verify this accurately, could you please share the details of the specific leads or payments that were received during the downtime and for which the workflow should have been triggered?

Kindly include any unique identifiers such as payment ID, lead email, phone number, timestamp, or order reference. These details will help us check the task history and confirm whether the queued data was processed by the workflow.

Once we have these details, we will review and update you accordingly.

I request you to check the records generated during the downtime....it would be great if done from your side,

please understand that if your software was down, you should be responsible to fix and trigger the webhooks affected during the downtime.

We understand that. We just need one or two email addresses of the leads that didn’t trigger the workflow, along with the exact time they were captured, so we can check them in the Task History. Rest assured that any queued webhooks will be sent.
