Hallo zusammen,

ich suche Unterstützung beim Aufbau eines automatisierten (und später selbstlernenden) Content-Workflows in Pabbly Connect. Ziel: Aus einem Google Sheet täglich das Thema ziehen, recherchieren lassen, daraus plattform-spezifische Texte erzeugen, per QA prüfen, optional in Canva-Templates schreiben und über OnlySocial planen. Danach sollen Insights gesammelt und als Learnings zurück ins Sheet geschrieben werden.

Kurz zum Ziel-Flow (MVP → Ausbau):

1. Trigger: täglich (z. B. 05:00)
2. Google Sheets: Zeile für das aktuelle Datum finden (Content-Kalender)
3. ChatGPT / OpenAI Call #1 (Research): Recherche + kurze Zusammenfassung + Quellen (strukturierte Ausgabe)
4. Writeback: Research-Ergebnis in separaten TAB speichern
5. ChatGPT / OpenAI Call #2 (Writer): Texte pro Plattform generieren (IG/FB Feed + Story, Threads, GMB; Blog optional)
6. ChatGPT / OpenAI Call #3 (QA): Qualitätscheck; bei Fail automatische Korrekturrunde (max. 2)
7. Writeback: finale Texte in OUTPUT-TAB schreiben
8. Optional Publishing: Canva Template befüllen → OnlySocial Scheduling
9. Insights & Learnings: nach X Tagen Insights ziehen, Score berechnen, Learnings als Regeln ins Sheet schreiben

Wichtig für die Umsetzung:

• Outputs sollen streng strukturiert (JSON) sein, damit das Mapping in Pabbly stabil ist.
• Timeouts vermeiden: Ich hatte bereits “Response not received in 100 seconds”. Daher gerne Aufteilung in mehrere Workflows + Delays + Zwischenspeicherung.
• Idempotenz: derselbe Tag darf bei erneutem Lauf keine Duplikate erzeugen.

Meine Fragen an euch:

1. Was ist in Pabbly der stabilste Weg, um die tagesaktuelle Zeile aus Google Sheets sicher zu finden (DATE = today) und sauber zu mappen?
2. Wie würdet ihr den Workflow am besten in 2–3 Workflows splitten, um Timeouts zu vermeiden?
3. Welche Best Practices habt ihr für JSON-only Outputs (z. B. “ENDE DER AUSGABE” / Response Parsing) und sauberes Mapping?
4. Gibt es bekannte Limits/Empfehlungen für mehrere OpenAI-Schritte (Research → Writer → QA) hintereinander?
5. Habt ihr Beispiele, wie man Insights (OnlySocial/IG/FB) regelmäßig abholt und in ein Sheet schreibt?
