We looked into it and seems like it is not possible to upload an image to contact via Google Contacts' API.

No but the people.api does support
I am looking into coding my own but saw your app.
I won't be surprised if the people.api becomes the preferred method in the future

We have already looked into the possibility of adding the Photo field in the action step but their API doesn't allow us to pass the image.

Also, I suspect you'll eventually have to migrate anyway as this migration guide suggests

We have already using the Peoples API and as far as the update Contact photo endpoint is concerned, it requires Raw photo bytes as a base64-encoded string which is not supported at the moment in Pabbly Connect.
