Pabbly connect gmb review only rating

Hi,

I’ve been a long-time user of Pabbly and need some help with a particular setup.

I’d like to respond to reviews coming to our multi-location Google Maps listings. However, I want to send different replies depending on whether the review includes a comment or just a star rating.

Specifically, I want to respond differently to reviews that only have a star rating but no written comment. The issue is, when there’s no comment, Pabbly doesn’t give me the “review comment” option in the “Select Label” field. So I can’t define this condition properly.

Ideally, the “review comment” field would still appear, even if it’s empty or flagged as “no comment”. That way, I could apply different logic depending on whether there’s content or not. Zapier works like this and allows this kind of setup.

I wanna use only pabbly. Can you help me?

Otherwise, I won’t be able to achieve the automation I’m aiming for with Pabbly.
