Pabbly Connect not working properly

I created workflows to send Certificates to the users via Gmail who fill Zoho form. But it is showing 515 Drafts, out of that more than 200 are of today. If it can't send mail, then what is the use of Pabbly?

Even in Task history, it doesn't show Failed, we have to check inside history of each task and even that is not opening now a days.

Upon reviewing the task history for the workflow you shared, we noticed that the recent executions on 21st and 22nd June were processed successfully.

However, a few task entries from 21st June did encounter issues. Based on our analysis, these appear to be related to temporary problems with the Gmail API. Specifically, we observed two types of errors:
  1. HTTP 500 errors – These typically indicate a server-side issue with the Gmail API.
  2. "Response not received in 25 seconds" – This means the API did not respond within the 25-second window that we allow for API calls, resulting in a timeout.
We recommend monitoring the workflow for now, and if you encounter consistent failures, please feel free to reach out with the relevant Task History IDs for further investigation.

This issue may be related to some recent updates made on our end, although we cannot confirm that just yet. To help us investigate further, could you please share the Task History ID(s) where you observed the email being sent with blank name fields and missing email addresses?
