Pabbly Connect Renewal

Hello,

I want to renew my Pabbly Connect using UPI. My subscription is up for renewal on 20th Feb, 2025. I am not able to figure out how to do this. I would like to renew it in a day or two and not wait for the last day. Please help.

I don't want to cancel my existing one. I want to renew the same one before the end of the current subscription cycle, which is on 20th Feb 2025. Just that I want to do it today and not wait for the last date. Is that possible or do I need to wait until the last day?

Hello @Girish,

To renew your current subscription, you would need to use the same payment method as before. However, since that doesn’t seem to be possible at the moment, you will need to purchase a new subscription and cancel the existing one. Your current subscription will remain active until February 20.

Hello. Can you please confirm that if I renew my subscription on say the 21st Feb (current ends on 20th Feb), I will not be losing any of the work flows that I have created.

Yes, if you renew your subscription on February 21, 2025, using the same payment method as before, you will not lose your workflows. Please ensure that the payment is made using the email associated with your Pabbly Connect account.

Thank you. I will use the email associated with the Pabbly Connect account. I will use also the same payment method that I used last time, which was using UPI. But can I use a different bank account to UPI it from instead of the one that I used the first time?

Ok. Thank you for your replies. I do find it strange that instead of just my Pabbly Connect account email being the key to drive the renewal, the bank account also has to be same.
Another question is, if I do have to take my workflow into a new Pabbly Connect Account, would Pabbly be able to help me with this?

Hello @Girish,

Unfortunately, we do not allow changing the email associated with your Pabbly Connect account. If you need to move your workflow to a new account, you would have to manually recreate it in the new Pabbly Connect account.

Ok. I understand that. But are you sure that I HAVE to use the same bank account to renew my subscription even though I will login using my existing Pabbly Account details.
