Pabbly Connect Webhooks add-on not working

Hello, I am trying to install Pabbly Connect Webhooks add-on to use with Google Sheets, but I get a "too many redirects" error. This happens on Safari. I switched over to Chrome, and the same thing happened. Is this service down for now?

We recommend trying the following steps:
  • Use an incognito/private browsing window
  • Clear your browser cache
If the issue persists, kindly share a screen recording of the initial setup process so we can take a closer look and assist you further.

    Does nothing to help.

SAME EXACT thing - your video doesn't prove it works - you ALREADY had it installed. You did not read what Roberto wrote - he was trying to install and you run it with the add-on already installed on your Google Sheets.

PLEASE fix this ASAP.

Just showing us a video that it works when 2 different people tell you it doesn't is not a solution or good support.

For future reference and for others needing a fix, clear your cache, cookies AND LocalStorage (you'll have to login again), and remove any AdBlocker - that 'should' fix it for you - it did for me.

The video shared above was just to show that there was no issue with the installation of the extension, since you mentioned that we hadn't shown the installation of the add-on in the initial video. We were in no way suggesting that you weren't facing the issue.

For future reference and for others needing a fix, clear your cache, cookies AND LocalStorage (you'll have to login again), and remove any AdBlocker - that 'should' fix it for you - it did for me.
Thank you for sharing the solution. It will greatly help us in resolving similar concerns in the future.

The issue is usually resolved by hard refreshing the browser or installing the extension in incognito mode or on a different browser. Since you had already tried both steps, we didn't have any further suggestions at the time. In your case, the issue appears to have been caused by the AdBlocker.
 
No, it was NOT caused by the AdBlocker, as I cleared the LocalStorage and everything else first and that fixed it, I was just commenting on the fact that I was also suggesting that for others.
