Hey @Monica Marco
While doing the initial setup on the Google Sheets, you have to do it with the account that has admin access to that particular sheet(owner of the sheet)

If possible could you please record a short video of you issue which you are facing while authorization, so in that way, we can assist you accordingly?
Make sure you're doing the setup in incognito mode and signed in to only your Gmail account.
