Pabbly Connect Workflow - Google Sheets and Jira Software

Hi guys,

I am trying to set up a workflow in order to connect Google Sheets and Jira. I followed the instructions that are detailed in this video:

I followed the instructions to the letter, I get a successful response from Google Sheets, I successfully connected with my Jira project, but in the end, I always get the same error message:

"ErrorMessages 0" & "There was an error parsing JSON. Check that your request body is valid."

Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

Btw. I have basically no knowledge in JS.

Hey @FraSHQ

While looking into the Jira's action step, you have mapped the name of the Issue Type where you need to map the Id of the Issue instead, and because of that JSON of action breaks.

Kindly pass the Id of the Issue type in the action event.
