Pabbly Connect Workflow is Not Working

Hi There,

Kindly take a look at my Workflow, it seems like it has not working since 22th Apr 2021. Below is my few questions,

if we reauthenticate the Facebook application ,

1. will it affect others step format? Do we need to redo all of these steps again?
2. How will it resend the Lead? Will it trigger all of the lead (no matter old or new) inside my form or just from the point of stopping date?
3. Can see there have 2 item from the "Trigger Events", "New Lead" and "New Lead Legacy", may i know what is the difference? and which one should I use?

Hello ATS,

Kindly, reauthorize the facebook app by clicking New Credentials option in your Workflows.

1. No, it won't affect other steps and no need to redo all those steps again.
2. Leads will be collected from the stopping date to till now.
3. New Lead is the simplified and single step module whereas, the Legacy one requires another step to get the details of the lead.
