Pabbly Doesn't Pull Up Phone Number

Hello everyone,

I have connected Getresponse to Kommo via Pabbly. Get response receives phone number as well as the custom field "comment", however, these fields are not transferred to Kommo as when I am creating the integration they don't exist in the webhook. Any ideas on how to solve this? Thank you.

Indeed you can use the "GetResponse: Get a Contact Detail" action event to search contacts from any list. Kindly try this at your end and let us know if that works for you.
