Pabbly Email Parser NOT Receiving Response

I’m experiencing an issue where the Pabbly Email Parser is not receiving responses, even though the workflow is active and the parser email address has been correctly added to receive the lead email.

The workflow remains stuck at "Waiting for email parser response" despite the following confirmations:
  • Zapier is successfully receiving the responses.
  • The lead email is also arriving in my personal email address, which was added to the recipients.
I'm posting here because I think the issue may be with Pabbly's parser email address, and I want to see if anyone is experiencing a similar issue.

Otherwise, I must be missing something and I need to figure this out ASAP.

Thank you, I have responded there again, but we keep going back and forth so I decided to reach out to the community in case anyone else has experienced a similar issue.
