Pabbly for Wa api (Not working)

I have subscription for Waapi for Pabbly, i want to send WhatsApp message when ever a fluent form is submitted. fluent form is working but whatsapp is not sending neither it work on test and save there is no Error / response information. Number format it correct (923212222***)

In your WA API Action, we can see you haven't authorized your WA API account properly on the workflow. Enter the Client ID, Instance ID, and Domain correctly.

And also please provide the phone number with country code as mentioned in the helptext-
