We need to generate manual invoices for certain customers.
We then mark the manually as paid when the money arrives back to us.
We need a link for the Customer to create their profile and billing method but make no payment.
But in some cases, we wish to have the customer create their account before their invoice or subscription is made,
How can we have them provide their details and payment method without generating a subscription?
This is to be used for customers for whom their account is paid by an agent, where we have to provide an invoice to the agent, manually generated but with the customer's information.
