From what we observed, it appears that while the payment was attempted, the order was not fully created. This is likely because the payment method selected did not complete successfully. In the tutorial we shared, the payment method used was Cash on Delivery, which allows the order to be placed immediately without requiring payment confirmation.

We recommend trying to capture the response after completing a dummy payment using a method that ensures the order is fully processed. Once done, please let us know the outcome so we can assist you further.
 
no, it works with my other automation even if the payment is not successful, it has a status anyway if it is pending or completed. it just happens that now it always loading for a long time and I believe this something to do with your update, I see that our account fonts is change, is there updated on your system?

Could you please try creating a new workflow to capture the "Order Created" responses? We recommend removing the previously installed webhook from WooCommerce and setting up a new one.

After setting this up, please create a test order and observe if the trigger captures the response correctly. If the issue persists, kindly record the entire process, showing all the steps involved, and share the recording with us. This will help us better investigate and assist you further.
