Pabbly Mailifier Integration

hello!

I recently made a workflow. My goal is whenever I input an email, it will then be verified by mailifier which will be referred to as status (valid, invalid email). After receiving the status from mailifier, i want it to send a feedback on google sheets. Specifically, i want the column next to the email to show "valid" or "invalid".

I have already tested some things out however here are the issues I have encountered:
1. It does not automatically do the tasks whenever I input a new email. It stops, the only time it worked was when I tested it while I was making the workflow
2. the feedback is not dynamic. (one of my goal is for the feedback to be inputted on the same row as the email it verified - eg. email on row B2, status on row
C2 and email on row B10, status on C10).

Hey @brandlever1

It seems like you have manually typed the "valid" keyword in the status field of your Google Sheets and hence that's why it wasn't dynamic at all.

You need to map the status of the email id on the status field. Although we have set that up for you. Please give it a try and let us know if you get stuck at any step.

Further, could you please confirm that you have marked the Pabbly add-ons on your Google Spreadsheet and the data is coming from another application, or you are just manually feeding the Sheet?

Hi yes, I have already connected my google sheet with pabbly ad-ons. No, the data (emails) are manually inputted.

I would just like to clarify...
Here is my ultimate goal:
- every time I input a new email on column B, it will verify the email on mailifier, and will then send an update on the same sheet on column C whether it is "valid" or "invalid"
- however, I understand that I will need a router for that but I for now I just need this to work to understand this tool.

I made a new workflow on pabbly connect (TEST 8) and followed your advice but I am still encountering the same problems:
1. The emails I input are being sent to mailifier for verification but i am not getting feedback
2. It updates on the same cell (C2), and the update is not dynamic ("[email protected] is a valid email" even when inputting a different email). What I wanted is for B2 email to have an update shown on C2, B3 email to have an update shown on C3 and so on.... and for the update to be based on the feedback from mailifier.

Our company needs to settle the workflow before we decide to subscribe.

It seems like the Mailifier API action step takes a bit of a minute to send a response to the email. So we have added a 1-minute delay before the "Get Single Verify Result" to load the complete response from their end.

Though we have tried it by re-executing roughly and it is working. Please try again at your end by passing the emails in Google Sheets.
