Hello,

I run several Meta Ads campaign for different clients.
I use Pabbly to connect between Meta and Google Sheets.
4 days ago, Pabbly stopped getting leads from Meta Ads. Other workflows still work perfectly. I didn't change the form.
I need help fast please.

Thank you for sharing the workflow URL. Upon checking, it appears that the last lead captured via the APIs was on December 18, 2025. Since then, no new leads have been recorded. Please refer to the attached images for a better understanding.

Yes I saw that. But as I said, stopped getting leads from Meta Ads. My last lead was today and according to Pabbly, it doesn't exist

Thank you for getting back to us.

Upon thoroughly checking your workflow, we noticed an inconsistency with the trigger configuration. Initially, a specific page and form were visible; however, after clicking Refresh Fields, the page and form selection changed, and the previously selected form no longer appears in the dropdown.

Could you please confirm whether any changes were made recently to the Meta form or the associated page? At the moment, we are unable to locate the same form under the trigger after refreshing the fields.

If any changes were made, we recommend resetting the trigger, reselecting the correct page and form, and then capturing a new test lead to verify if it is received correctly.

Please let us know once you have checked this.

I refreshed the fields, copied the automation to try to fix it. Nothing. I got lead from the forms yesterday and it doesn't appear on Pabbly. I really need help fast please, it's urgent.
