Pabbly Webhook with iphone/Android App

How does it work when connecting Pabbly Webhook with Android or iphone Applications?
I am planning to get user registrations on the Mobile Applications.. Not made one yet but working on it.

Once the user registers, the information should be captured by Pabbly using your Webhook and should work on the other processes.

How does this work?
Does Apple / Android allow for information to be received by Pabbly WebHook?

Yea, I meant to ask Apple Store and Android Approve the Concept of using Webhooks to Export Data ..
New to this so making sure I understand what i convey to the developer
