Pabbly won't accept my Plutio Business Identifier (custom domain)

I’m using a custom domain instead of the usual plutio subdomain and it won’t accept any "business identifier" nor the custom domain.
What's the workaround for this please?

I removed the custom domain and it still isnt' connecting to Plutio
