Pabbly workflow automation using Spayee(Graphy)

I have the business plan of Spayee(Graphy). I want to automate the task of pulling the users who have subscribed using the contact us form to be converted to new learners on the platform. I took reference of this guide here and was able to create a workflow. The workflow had two steps-
1) Trigger on the new subscriber event in Graphy to generate a response.
2) Use this response to convert them to learners using the Create a Learner trigger.

I was able to do the process by providing api key in integrations in Pablly Connect for Spayee for the new subscriber event. For the Create a learner event I added a webhook url for the same.

I was successfully able to run the workflow after doing the mapping. But I had to refresh the response generated for the new subscriber event to generate a new entry each time. I want to automate this entire workflow.
Is there a way I can accomplish this? Or am I missing something here?

Could you please share a short video on how you are trying to trigger the webhook of Spayee for a new subscriber?

Though your workflow seems fine to us, kindly try again or try recapturing the webhook response again.

Hi @Supreme Thanks for replying. What I tried to accomplish, I have tried to capture through a video. If you see I have to click on the Test button again and again to get a new response. Also to be passed to the next stage of pipeline I have to manually select these mapping values.
I want this workflow to be automatically triggered so that when a person subscribes using the contact form the workflow autopopulates the values and pass these to create a learner step of the pipeline.
Let me know if anything else is needed from my side or you need more clarifications.

We looked into your workflow and its webhook response. So, we have tried re-creating the same at our end and the webhook is working accordingly.
