As per the video tutorial, you haven't captured the Facebook lead in Advance response by switching off the "Simple response" of the trigger event and because of the further action step which was set up in that way the workflow wasn't working.
Though we have corrected it and saved the trigger response in advance response. Kindly try again and let us know if that works for you.
