page's is not fetching ins Instagram Lead ad's

I'm trying since 4 day's, to fetch page's for Instagram lead ad's, it's working fine with Facebook lead ad's, only problem with Instagram lead ad's.
my most of pages show only in Instagram Lead ad's. Please check and resolve as soon as possible, from 1 oct this issue is happening.
