Please take a moment to review this workflow, which explains how to execute the 'Send Parallel' endpoint. For the 'Download Files from Replies' endpoint, kindly reach out to the Parallel API support team to understand the reason for the error you are encountering in that endpoint as it seems to be coming from their end.
