Tasks are executed sequentially from top to bottom, and parallel execution is not possible.

will a secound workflow start and work parallel if a trigger event will happen and the first workflow is not finished yet? For example, if I have a time delay of 30 minutes within the workflow and a secound trigger event happens 5 minutes after the first?

Yes, a second workflow will start and run in parallel if a trigger event occurs while the first workflow is still in progress. For example, if you have a 30-minute delay within the first workflow and a second trigger event happens 5 minutes after the first, the second workflow will initiate and operate independently of the first.

hi, if parallel tasks are not possible, how can I do the following:
-the user cancels a priceplan in my app and this is connected to Stripe
-with Pabbly, I retrieve his Email from the Customer_ID (Stripe webhook) and this goes to Mailchimp where he gets a tag (Plan canceled)
-at the same time, he gets removed his old tag in Mailchimp (from the previous Plan)
Please tell me how this can work.

@Bassoonist, You can set up your workflow in this manner to achieve your use case. The trigger step in your workflow will be Stripe; the rest of the steps will remain the same.
