I get an email daily with a CSV attachment. How can I parse that CSV and input it into a google sheet?

This is not quite right.
What I need is for Pabbly to PARSE the attachment and then input the rows of data contained INSIDE the CSV from the email into my google sheet.
Could you please share the workflow in which you are receiving the CSV file so that I can assess the possibility of your use case?
