Partial Error in workflow

Hi
My workflow used to work just fine till i bought the subscription. After buying the subscription, partial error in case of attaching excel file in mail. Everything is same but don't understand where the error is coming from.

Kindly look into this.

Seems like the map data which you used in the workflow is not coming from your Google Forms response and because of that, the required field didn't get any data in it to parse the text.

Please check the task history Id from the trigger response.
