Partial Failure With No Response With LeadConnector V2

I'm consistently getting a partial failure however this was previously working.

The response I get is blank so it's kinda impossible for me to troubleshoot. Nothing has changed. I also have other tasks running into the same HL sub account and they're working fine. Can anyone help please?
