Payment mail repeated mails coming

I have a already paid the payment for the month of NOV, but I am getting repeated mails for the payment failure and payment due.
Please resolve the issue.

We have deleted the overdue invoice from the dashboard. you will not receive this type of notification from now onwards.

I am also getting similar emails repeatedly.

I tried $19 once, it failed.
Then tried 1823.10 - but stopped once, because there was a price difference.
But finally I completed 1823.10

But all these emails are coming.
Pl rectify the same.
