I authorize Pabbly Support to log in to my account and make changes to the specified workflow for troubleshooting.
I am trying to send a PDF document in the Header of a Whatsapp message on Interakt but the document format is incorrectly appearing as BIN and not opening as a PDF. In the send whatsapp message action step, I have tried mapping the pdf both as a webcontentlink as well as webviewlink, but its leading to the same error. Kindly advise how to resolve this.

Hi @vgstft,

Please try uploading the file to the File Uploader (Pabbly) and then pass it to Interakt to see if that gives you the desired result.

The file you have uploaded to File Uploader (Pabbly) isn’t publicly accessible. You first need to make the file public using the ‘Share a File with Anyone’ action step, then upload it to File Uploader (Pabbly), and finally pass it to Interakt.
