Phone Number Format

Hi,

Whenever I receive a lead on Facebook I needed to send a WhatsApp template message
The lead will be from different countries

In order to send a template message I needed to format the number without + sign

How I can do number format for different countries without + sign

For example

+236565234678
+236 is the country code
so I should get it as 236565234678 ( above 10 digits )

if the number is 10 digits only
then it should 10 digits with country code and exclude +

I am able to format Indian numbers while international comes it is missing country code
