photo upload error on all forms of pabbly form builder

hello sir i have been experiencing issue while uploading any file or document or photo in pabbly form builder.... the issue started occurring from 15/06/2025.
this issue is happening for all the forms and it is creating problems for my candidates. please resolve it fast sir...
