Hi,
I am trying to setup an Random auto response to google review following this video

But I am getting this error at the very last step.

What did I do wrong? I thought I already authorize the worksheet in the previous steps. How can I fix this?

The workflow name is Nails 8002 (Mesa, AZ) - Random Reply Reviews

It appears that you might have made some changes in your GMB account and because of that the issue is coming in the GMB action step.

So, please add a new connection and try again.

Can you please make sure that you have created a project in the Google Cloud Console and enabled the Google My Business API for that project? You can follow the instructions here to set up a project: https://developers.google.com/my-business/content/get-started

If the issue still persists then you can contact the Google Workspace team, they will look into it and add it accordingly.

But. I dont understand why do I need to add Google My Business API? And how does it related to accessing google sheet?

After reconnecting the GMB action step, your review is now getting posted. Please check your workflow and try the complete execution accordingly.

So, kindly reconnect all the GMB action steps inside the router action step.
